Don’t Touch My Hair Exhibit

The Culture Parlor is a multi-day activation including live performances, panel discussions and a close out brunch hosted by Ayana Morris in celebration of the unveiling of Don’t Touch My Hair. Don’t Touch My Hair is a mobile immersive experience located in Harriet Tubman Square celebrating the evolution of black hair. It gives you an intimate look into the mind of a black woman and her connection with her hair.

Join us at The Culture Parlor for the opening ceremony of Don’t Touch My Hair, a mobile immersive experience, is the brainchild of emerging artist, Ayana. At the opening ceremony you will have the opportunity to hear from the artist and be the first to tour the experience.
