Vending Opportunities
There are over 100 events taking place in Newark’s downtown parks throughout the summer season. Vending at events can provide you with plenty of opportunities to maximize your reach and spread brand awareness in your local community.
The Newark City Parks application for special event vendors is for anyone interested in vending at events at any of Newark’s Downtown parks. To begin this process, please complete this form.
There is a non-refundable fee of $50.00 for each applicant. You will be given instructions once your form has been reviewed. Please note: A completed application does not guarantee vendor approval.
Vendor Fee Structure:
- Individual Events: $50 each
- 10-Event Package: $400 total
- House Music Package: $490 for 14 events (Afterwork Wednesdays + Riverfront House)
If you are applying to vend at events in any of the five downtown Newark parks — Military Park, Harriet Tubman Square, Mulberry Commons, Lincoln Park, or Riverfront Park — please do not go to City Hall for vendor registration or information.
Instead, contact our team directly by calling (201) 341-8311 or emailing us at:
vendors@newarkcityparks.org or hello@newarkcityparks.org
Please Note:
- Do not sign up for any event until you have received confirmation from Newark City Parks Foundation staff.
- We only manage events in the five downtown parks listed above. If your event is elsewhere in the city, you will need to contact the appropriate department or agency directly.
This helps ensure that all vendor applications are properly coordinated and approved for your intended event. Thank you for your cooperation!
